Built by people who've done this work
Kindred exists because two people, a psychologist and an operator, kept running into the same gap: real support that's actually easy to reach, and safe enough to trust.
Meet the founders
Kindred is built by a psychologist and an operator who both care about the same thing: making real support easy to reach, and safe to trust.

Ridhima Goel
Founder
Counselling Psychologist · Narrative Practitioner
Ridhima is a counselling psychologist practising privately in New Delhi, NCR. As a narrative therapist, her work is rooted in the belief that each person carries a rich and meaningful story, one worth listening to properly.
She approaches her work through a neurodivergent-affirming lens, inviting curiosity rather than judgement, and aiming for change that is sustainable for the whole person, not just quick fixes.

Dhananjay Goel
Co-founder
Founder & CEO, Timble
Dhananjay co-founded Kindred alongside Ridhima, bringing the operating and technology backbone from Timble, the company behind Kindred, to a product built specifically for how young Indians actually seek support: privately, on WhatsApp, at midnight.
An IIT Delhi alumnus and Harvard Fellow (Adrian Cheng Program), he has spent his career building trusted, compliance-grade products for institutions. The same rigor now shapes how Kindred handles safety, privacy, and clinical oversight.
